Simon & Keisha are busy people so they employed a kitchen designer to work on their new kitchen refit

The Designer had a very clear idea of what she wanted to achieve for her customers and spoke to Diamik at the outset of the project. With the introduction of a powerful blue into the worktop design we achieved the goal.

“Thanks a lot for your work on the worktops at our project at Queen’s Gate Gardens. The client is very happy and the kitchen is very colourful! Khisha Clarke – Atelier K Architect & Design Ltd . The kitchen design was inspired by Piet Mondrian’s Broadway Boogie Woogie!!”

The photographs of the kitchen were taken by Janella Kerr:, instagram: @ayahtah.ayahtah.

The new white and blue worktops are stunning and with a touch of added mirror glass really catch the light. Naturally robust, the worktops will last for years before being recycled into new products.

Mrs MacDonald contacted Diamik Glass looking for something a little bit different for their brand new kitchen installation. Liking the principal of recycled worksurface, the new kitchen worksurfaces along with hob splash back were ordered.

Diamik manufactured, fabricated and installed a range of worktops to perfectly fit into every groove and corner of the new kitchen.

Janet Carter, a previous recycled glass customer, recently moved into a new property in Derbyshire. She had a fully fitted kitchen already installed, the worktops were a popular seamless, competing product and just not up to scratch. Janet complained it scratched so easily.

Janet contacted Diamik to remove the fitted worktops and replace them with one of Diamik’s new range of Recycled Glass options. Diamik did the work, at one point calling on Janet’s tool box for some WD40 to help get the old worktop out from under cupboards fitted on top. With a bit of huffing and puffing the offending piece was removed and the new worktops installed all within the day.

Janet is one our our fans, thank you Janet

Rachel was very keen to use sustainable products in her kitchen. Using natural materials and recycled glass worksurfaces from Diamik Glass really hit the spot.

Rachel chose a powerful eco green which really stands out and looks special alongside her green washing up bowl.

Rachel also selected a huge full depth Belfast sink which presents a nice clean finish.

Rachel’s comments ‘When we were getting work done to our home last year I wanted fittings that were functional, looked good in our 1930s house, AND aligned with my values.  These worktops from Diamik Glass ticked all the boxes then … and still do.’

Just to let you know that Tom from Treske came and fitted our splashback. It looks superb and we are delighted with it. It really sets off the kitchen beautifully and the four coasters look very attractive on the table. Thank you very much for your help in achieving the look we wanted for our kitchen. We are glad that we found you at the Home Building and Renovating Show. Everyone who visits us comments on the distinctive design and we would be happy to endorse your work to any prospective customers who would like to see it in situ. We are now ready to fully utilise the kitchen and splash as much fat as we feel the need for!

Oh how utterly beautiful and fantastic! I opened the parcel with a furrowed brow (as I didn't know what it may have contained), then my eyebrows shot off into the stratosphere as I saw and recognised and screeched with delight! It's great - thank you SO much for the ridiculously amusing and appropriate lemon-slicing platter, it's massive fun and looks wonderful out on the worktop!!!! Now I'm just off to go and use it again….! Many thanks, and wishing you a lovely weekend,

Helen - London
Thank you very much for my tea-light bottle! It was a lovely surprise and now has pride of place on my mantelpiece up in Skiyreholme. The handover went smoothly, so thank you for arranging that and I'll let you all know how the glass looks in situ when it's done.

Penny - Manchester
Thanks you for fitting my new recycled glass worktops today, the guys who came to site really knew what they were doing and I am glad I went for the upstands as well, it really finishes the kitchen. I can’t wait to show it off at my next dinner party.
